Who Are We?
We are a group of like-minded individuals who are passionate about investing in the future of our youth. We achieve this by combining our past experiences and listening to their current circumstances, opening a line of trust and communication.
What Is The Vision?
We create a fun and engaging atmosphere that brings together future leaders, inspiring them to become successful influencers in their community. Showing that individuals that come from different walks of life and situations have shared experiences provides a space to foster relationships and spark an energized hope for the future.

Speakers
Alli Cipra, PhD
Alli Cipra, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Psychology and the Associate Director of
General Education at Governors State University. While her research is
interdisciplinary, a primary focus is resilience in youth. Dr. Cipra is an established researcher, presenter, and author, as well as the co-founder of Gr2IT Inc.
Session Topic: Identity
This breakout session will focus on positive character development and understanding identity.
Matthew J. Joski
Matt has been in Law Enforcement since 1993 and the Sheriff of Kewaunee County since 2007. While serving as Sheriff, Matt has served on various State Committees including the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, Child Death Response Task Force, and Statewide Communications Interoperability Council.
In addition, Matt has also served with the United States Marine Corp and is currently serving with the Wisconsin National Guard. Through his military career, Matt has attended training in Master Resiliency, Master Fitness and Comprehensive Health & Wellness. On the civilian side, Matt is also certified as a Suicide Prevention Instructor through the QPR Institute, and has provided prevention and resiliency training to the youth of his community. Most recently, Matt has joined the Team at the Center for Suicide Awareness in providing resiliency training for First Responders throughout the nation.
Matt has taught in the schools as both a CounterACT and CORE Matters Instructor. He is also been a Faith Formation Teacher for his faith community of Holy Rosary Parish.
Matt is also a member of the Statewide LEDR Executive Peer Support Team. In his role as Sheriff Matt has also worked with his Team of law enforcement professionals to implement a Peer-to-Peer Support program at the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department.
Session Topic: Personal Regulation
Personal Regulation teaches children and youth strategies to physically calm down when faced with difficult situations that could lead to anger, aggression, or anxiety.
